Office Covid-19 Policy

Dear Patients,

Our office is open!

We are exceeding the recommendations of the Governor, the City, and the Center for Disease Control for control of the coronavirus.

This requires however, that all patients (and no more than one escort/driver if needed) to reschedule if they have symptoms such as fever, cough, or flu-like symptoms, have traveled outside the tri-state in the past 14 days, or have a known exposure to someone with Covid-19 within the past two weeks.

We also ask all individuals a mask when coming to the office. This mask will be temporarily removed during your exam and surgery only as needed. Our staff wash or use alcohol gel on their hands before and after each patient, spray or wipe down rooms, door handle, tables, all touched surfaces before and after each patient, and we all wear masks as well. Our staff are also not allowed to come to work if they have any cold or flu symptoms. We also have alcohol gel in the waiting room for your use and decontaminate all touched surfaces in the entry way, waiting room and bathrooms regularly.

In addition, we run exhaust fans in each room, and the laboratory, so all air in the building is exhausted to the outside several times per day. At night we run an ozone generator which decontaminates the whole building.

We have rearranged our waiting roomfor 6 feet social distancing and will get you back to the exam rooms as soon as possible. Patients will typically stay in their rooms during a procedure and not mingle in the waiting room. We have also spread out the afternoon schedule so it is unlikely you will see anyone else in the waiting room. Again, do not bring friends or relatives unless you need a driver. Remember we have two parking spaces on the street in front of the office.

We believe the risk to your health of not having a skin cancer diagnosed and treated is greater than visiting our office, so encourage you to visit as need.

You can contact our office at 513-221-2828.

We look forward to taking care of you!

Sincerely,
Brett Coldiron, M.D., F.A.C.P., F.A.A.D.
